Apple Calendar

Cloud Vault Local Vault macOS

acreom supports native read-only sync with your Apple Calendar. Apple Calendar sync works on macOS, both with Local and Cloud Vaults, and does not require PRO.

Sync Apple Calendar

  1. Open vault preferences (top-left corner)

  2. Pick a Vault for calendar sync

  3. Open Manage Calendars setting

  4. Add Apple Calendar

  5. In your system settings, grant full calendar access to acreom

Once you grant the permissions and your calendar is synced, you will be able to see your Apple Calendar events in acreom.

Troubleshooting

In some cases, macOS might grant write-only permissions. In case you don't have the correct permissions, acreom will display an exclamation mark next to the integration. For the integration to work correctly, acreom requires full-access permissions to read your calendar and events. To grant full-access permissions, either click on the exclamantion mark and follow the link in the message OR

  • Open System Preferences

  • Open Privacy & Security

  • Open Calendars

  • Find acreom and click Options

  • Select Full Calendar access

Data Ownership

acreom loads calendars and events directly to the app and does not store them remotely. All data, including Apple Calendar integrations are available only on your device.
